Had a message from Fuzzy yesterday to say that as a lot of bands are hoping to get back playing when EUCON is usually held,he is hoping to put it on in February next year, and then again later in the year at the usual time of October. The other thing is that it won't be held at Crewe as in recent times, but somewhere in Chester.

If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice...

Two Eucons in the same year and with Rushfest Scotland in between, after a year of lockdown....hmmm that's seems a tad ambitious. Will there be a requirement to prove up to date Covid19 vaccination status?
No good deed goes unpunished!

No amount of anxiety can change the future. No amount of regret can change the past.

We tried to 1. Find a new venue that fit the criteria - size, cost, public transportation links and local accommodation
                 2. Answered our enquiry emails ( after our last venue is now for sale) most didn't..........
                 3. Had reasonable availability - with the (hopeful) opening up of live music, venues are inundated with requests for shows, next February was the earliest we could get in, so we decided to have a one-dayer, probably around the £15 mark for 3 bands. As for vaccination passports etc, no one knows, certainly not the venues, it might be up to each one. If we don't get much interest, we could just cancel, as we are unlikely to put tickets on sale until we get an idea of attendance.

Fingers crossed it will go ahead, and I can catch up with some old friends again 🙂.
