Black Falcon - Turn Around And Face The Sun

Our Richard has done us proud, great album with lots of guitar.
Reminds me of Orange Goblin with a bit of classic rock thrown in.

Well worth checking out by those who like their ROCK LOUD.

Candlemass are Ace (well, early Candlemass anyway)

First four albums are magnificent, and one of my favourite live albums ever is the Live in Stockholm from 1990, absolutely brilliant album!
The new songs are an abomination

Dave Pearce Trance Anthems 2010

Dug this out for re-appraisal and for a break of genre, so to speak.  There's 3 CDs totalling 60 tracks in the mix here, so inevitably there's quite a bit of filler; there are established trance/dance classics given mostly pointless remix treatments, including a bafflingly lame interpretation of Paul Van Dyk's For An Angel (one of those ubiquitous dance tracks frequently used on the telly), but the good stuff is really, really good, with Reflekt's sublime Need To Feel Loved and Neptune Project's extraordinarily stirring Aztec being examples of the genre at its pinnacle and highly worthy of investigation to the lay person.

Weird isn't it how music can produce such different responses in any two people. Except for Blue Monday and a few Kraftwerk tunes I just cannot listen to dance music...tbh I'm not even sure they're in the same category. I lstened to the two examples you promoted and had to skip through both all the way through.
Have you heard of Astropilot?

I haven't, but will return your favour and investigate.  :)

Thanks for listening to my recommendations, I know this really isn't the right forum for that sort of music..!  ::) ;)
