The first 2 Thunder records on shuffle.  Really good, they haven’t dated much.  Danny Bowes should have been given a call by Jimmy Page after the Zep 02 show...great great singer.
Anger is a gift.

Steven WIlson-Home Invasion:Live

Its OK, I guess, but like all his previous PT live releases, just a bit dull. Would rather go for the studio versions

I imagine the DVD will probably be more interesting

It's another cracker from Boots, I'd lost touch with his work for the last 13 years or so!

However on Saturday I got to see him play an impromptu hour long set in my mate's record shop
(which opened in 1951, probably one of the oldest in the country?) - Ian lives over the road from it 😉
Brilliant lyricist, top bloke and still sings superbly - everything sounds EPIC! 😁

You'll really enjoy his London gig, I'm going to catch him at the Cavern just before Christmas 👍

I'll be listening to that in the car tomorrow.

It's not their best work, but it is growing on me...

Thanks I'd agree with everything  you said about McNabb - great song writer, if he had been american he would have been a huge star.
Gig at your mate's record shop sounds fun. I believe McNabb is still banned from the Stables in Milton Keynes after a post gig sing along at the piano got out of hand.
