I've ordered the super deluxe version only because I'm a vinyl and CD collector so it's natural that I'm going to buy it.

I'm hoping that I am also one of the first 1000 customers to order it as the first 1000 customers also get a 7" single of The Twilight Zone/Lessons as well as a Starman themed 45 adapter for a record player.  Nice wee touch.

The standard edition 180 gramm vinyl comes with the starman record mat , there is also 3 pages of the original liner notes backed with promo portraits of the boys and an essay on a seperate 5 page fold out with a decent live shot of the era plus the obligatory download card , it all looks nice but personally I would have preferred a triple gatefold sleeve to the double that you get .

The live version of Twilight Zone is truely shocking in quality.

Got the 3CD version from the missus. Nice packaging but doesn't include a lyric sheet!

I've got this and I've got to say, it is stunning.

Beautifully presented box set with 3 LPs and 2 CDs and DVD.

I am really enjoying the covers of the songs especially Dave Grohl, Taylor Hawkins and Nick Raskulinecz's version of "Overture" and Steven Wilson's sublime "The Twilight Zone".

I hope that when Steven releases his new album later this year that he would include The Twilight Zone in his live set when he goes on tour, just like what he has done with David Bowie's Space Oddity and Prince's Sign O' The Times.

I also like the way that Alice In Chains captured the mood of "Tears".  The cover is spot on.  And a massive tip of the hat to Jacob Moon and Billy Talent for their versions of "Something For Nothing" and "A Passage To Bangkok" respectively.

Not going to get this, but I'd certainly be intrigued to hear Steven Wilson's cover of The Twilight Zone!
It's bloody awesome mate.  ;D

Yes mate. A brilliant version which even includes a lovely electric piano solo from Adam Holman between the first chorus and second verse. Nice!!

A nice chap/friend at Universal sent me the Vinyl edition... Cooooor it's lovely :D

Captain Ron

I'd probably buy the extras disk if it was available standalone. I have the 2112 bluray from a couple of years back and both the high def stereo and the sublime 5.1 surround mix are as good as it's ever going to sound.

I'd have to disagree....

There's a bloody awful bit in the middle and the vocal is poor
