Isle of Wight

Just booked a cottage/chalet near Ventnor for 4 nights at the end of June for Bev's birthday.
Standing in the shadows, hiding from the light
Reach out in the darkness, and hold on for your life
All the fear of the future, all the emptiness inside
When the moment of truth arrives, hey, you can run but you can't hide

Many Happy memories from the IoW. My Gran had a house there, near Ryde beach, which is lovely.

The new songs are an abomination

Been on holiday to the IoW twice, and thought it was a lovely place. Only downside was having to go to Portsmouth once to catch the ferry.
