The EFL released a statement yesterday with their intentions for resolving the season.

Ideal scenario: complete all remaining fixtures, though this is very unlikely.

Next best scenario: league positions settled on an unweighted points per game basis with play-offs taking place.  No changes in principle to any promotion or relegation being applied as normal.

If neither of the above is practicably possible then they'll think of something else.

Just need to see how the respective clubs' voting goes now, then presumably the National League can make a decision accordingly...

Can clubs in L1 and L2 survive playing games behind closed doors?  I would think this completely unviable at that level (same goes for National League) even for the few games remaining this season.
When the truth offends we lie and lie until we can longer remember it is even there. But it is still there. Every lie we tell incurs a debt to the truth. Sooner or later, that debt is repaid

Indeed, a serious concern expressed by quite a few clubs.  Potentially there's a fair number who could be going the way of Bury without some form of bail-out.  I believe some clubs not far below NL level had to fold pretty much as soon as their seasons were declared null and void. :(
