Had a nice piece of haddock loin yesterday with new potatoes in herbs, cauliflower and broccoli, all topped with parsley sauce.

Artichokes and Asparagus...forget how tasty these are, must use them more often.

Got a nice choice of decent food on our all inclusive holiday here in Salou. Sticking to the healthier options though, and plenty of fresh fruit.

Spaghetti carbonara, very simple very tasty but use good eggs, 2 eggs plus one yolk for two people.

Also reserve the pasta water in case you need to thin down the sauce.
