I host TNMS on a dedicated server in the States which also hosts another bunch of sites for various clients.

One of these sites basically broke the rules and has been spamming multiple 10,000' of email addresses with their product. As I said this is totally against the rules with the hosting company.

Well yesterday there was one too many complaints as a result the entire server was locked out.

This has now been rectified with the hosting company and my client, who have been told to feck off basically.

Below is the email from the hosting company about the incident, sorry for the break in your TNMS'ing pleasure ...

Hello,

I apologize for the delay in response.  The account in question has been locked for spamming.  The initial warning was sent to the account contact address on October 18th, 2008 via ticket number Z2D7V2B.  We received no response to this warning.  Additional complaints were received and a second warning was filed against the account on November 14th, 2008 via ticket number K5R7W5S.  Again we received no response to the warning.  After the two initial warnings, additional complaints continued to come in to our abuse department and we had no choice but to suspend account services.
Included below is an example of one such complaint,

Before we can restore services to the account, we must receive an explanation of the mailings.  This includes details on how the lists were generated, how were addresses verified, were any lists purchased, were subscription details such as IP address and date of subscription logged?
Once we have received this information we will review the account and if acceptable restore access.  Should you have any additional questions please let us know.  Thank you,

Jaime P.

50% Rental Guarantee......Where else can you get this kind of return ?

>

READ ON TO FIND OUT MORE...

>

There has been a lot of doom and gloom in the press over the past few months. We've all seen the horror stories about the economy and we've all become incredibly confused about where or when to invest our money. Well its important to remember that it's not all bad times ahead and that there is still money to be made in this volatile market.

>

> Where do you invest your money?

> Banks?

> Stock market?

> UK property?

>

Many people would not regard any of the above as a good option right now!

>

But investing in an overseas property with a secure rental income for a number of years most definitely is.

>

We can help you invest wisely and safely by minimising your risk and maximising the returns to be had on your property investments.

>

> Secure one of just 10 properties left on a sold out development -
> Luxury
2 bed
apartments in Turkey from only 61,950

>

Buy an overseas home in a country with a booming tourism market

> (No 2 most popular destination for UK holidaymakers in 2008)

>

1. > Where prices are just 35% of its two closest neighbouring countries.

2. > A secure rental scheme where you receive a 10% return over a 5 year period (50% total return)

3. > Please note any capital growth is in addition to this!

4. > This is made possible by several commercial rental agreements the holiday company has with some of the biggest players in the UK travel industry.

5. > A secured rental income guarantees that when your property is let out from May
2009 you can sit back, relax and enjoy a profitable income which will pay your finance , re-mortgage or give you a higher return than your UK bank account!

>

>

This is done by purchasing a pre-rented apartment in one of the most
sought-after
overseas property locations.

> With your secure rental income you can technically "sit-on" your property
for the
coming years and pocket the profit!

> The added bonus is that as the owner of the property you can personally
use or rent out
your apartment for up to 3 months each year for the whole 5 year period!
