Ok this will probably be boring but I'll put up a few gig photos for now...

All these pics have been shrunk a bit, I guess it's a Myspace thing.

Probably my favourite picture - Will Reid (Jesus and Mary Chain) at the Royal Festival Hall

Sonic Youth at the Roundhouse

Sonic Youth again

The Damned - Oxford 2006

Mark Kozelek - The Scala

More gig pics...

Jesus and Mary Chain at Brixton, Sep 2007

The Adicts - Islington Nov 2007

I like this one a lot

The Damned - Oxford 2007

A couple of others from the same gig..

These images have shrunk thanks to Myspace but I can't be bothered to fish out the originals and upload them, etc.

Took these at the My Bloody Valentine gig a few weeks ago.

Nice shots, you've done well to get a few without blurring.

Yeah Carrie said last night "it's a shame all the best ones are when they're concentrating", that's when they're still enough! There are loads of blurry ones of course.

Some of my favourite pictures are when the colours blur together a little though, like the Sonic Youth ones.

Your Horton Heat pics are great Chris. I particularly like the blur on the bass players hand in the last one. Looks like he is giving it some serious welly! :)

Yes, the 'happy accident' sort of pics.  I particularly like the pink JAMC one on the previous page.

I'm in the process of putting the last 3 years worth of gigs onto disc for printing.  Got some really nice ones - have to get some up. :)

Bit of a strange one this. Yesterday there was a local Country Fair in Fryent Country Park, literally just over the road from me. Went over for a look with Mrs H & there was the usual stuff you'd expect from these sort of affairs, local people selling home-grown/made produce, sheepdogs rounding up ducks, a falconry display, a fun fair for the kids etc. Was delighted to see a music tent & particualrly chuffed to see British bluesman Ian Siegal was doing 2 half hour solo acoustic stints. Curious place for him to play in front of a (very) few people who knew him, a few disinterested onlookers, barking dogs & sword-fighting kids (don't ask...). Siegal was excellent in trying circumstances & I can't complain at seeing someone I actually like for free just over the road. Happened to have my proper camera with me so snapped a few pics.

I really like this one, kind of sums up the event:

Nice shots Mark, the last one you've pointed out in particular.
