Only got in to Kiss about 10 years ago after seeing them at the Download festival. Shameless gimmick act, but they are incredible live! Touring the UK "for the final time" in July next year at Birmingham, London, Manchester, Newcastle and Glasgow.

Most tickets are £75 so sad to say I'll have to give this one a miss. Shame really.
Over thinking, over analyzing separates the body from the mind. Withering my intuition, missing opportunities and I must feed my will to feel my moment drawing way outside the lines.

Well I didn't think that £75 was that bad............. but, for Newcastle, we are waaaaaayyyyyy too old to stand. Most of the best seats were reserved as either meet and greet (£800+ so no thanks) - or platinum tickets at £150+. And its a no for both of those too. There's no way that they will sell all those seats at those prices and eventually they will be offered up at £75 - I'll hold my nerve and keep checking.

What Dave said.....

Although, in terms of Newcastle, there is the chance that those have bought the seats at the back will be upgraded to closer seats, including some of those juicy ones, so that the promoters can curtain it off - as they did in 2009.  I'm very happy they're playing here but I think it's perhaps a show too many and it doesn't look to be a fantastic seller and I'm not sure if/how sales will get any better before July 2019.

Are they playing the Arena at Newcastle? Saw them at the City Hall in '83, would be surprised to think they're a bigger draw now than then.

So pleased I didn't get tickets for this. The amount of lip-syncing on this tour is wholesale. We all knew that Stanley's voice was shot but even Simmons is at it now. Add the very obvious backing tacks and I'd be better off playing Alive and fllicking me living room light on and off as a lightshow.

Some great vids on youtube where Stanley is found to be less than capable at lip-syncing, Simmons managing to sing war machine while walking to the back of the stage and Stanley having to sing live cause his pre-recorded vocals haven't clicked in.

A 3 year tour? Cant wait to see more clangers. Cringe-worthy and really sad considering their legacy.

I've seen all of these Dave, but I'm still planning on going.  It's like going to see a magic show - you know the magician's assistant hasn't really been cut in half, but it still looks amazing.

Hopefully, by the time they get here, they'll be better at miming! 🤣

I suppose I shouldn't be shocked to hear about this, they were always very, very showbiz. I loved them to bits when I was 17 and 18, and did anyone really think they'd still be going 40 years later?

I expect in about 5 years there'll be an official Kiss Hologram tour.
