Lamb / apple query
« on: October 22, 2010, 16:02:24 PM »
Thinking of doing a lamb stir fry on the weekend.

Lamb, olive oil, garlic, sliced onion and celery, rosemary, black pepper.  Maybe some chili flakes.  I've also got some apples (sweet rather than cookers) and was wondering whether to chop one up and pop it in.  Whaddya think?  I'll probably do it anyway, but thought I'd ask in case anyone had any definite ideas about it one way or another.
Standing in the shadows, hiding from the light
Reach out in the darkness, and hold on for your life
All the fear of the future, all the emptiness inside
When the moment of truth arrives, hey, you can run but you can't hide

Well it worked for me.
