No need to worry Ron, i can look after the Amarone. ;D

I'll make sure that you don't have to worry about taking care of the Amarone. :)
This bottle at least, since I have two more cases with recent years of Amarone, which are not really ready for consumption yet.  8)

I can't get it at an affordable price since my supplier retired.
€47 per bottle now. :'( , used to get it for €25

Got the stuff at a reasonable price, luckily.

I can now safely say that the second bottle of Amarone was as good as the first one!  ;D 8) :P

A large full English breakfast in the cafe in our village this morning.

We had one of those yesterday made by my own fair hand. Smoked bacon, cumberland sausage, plenty of mushrooms fried in butter, hash browns, grilled tomatoes, and eggs fried in butter. Toast and tea included  at no extra charge. Didn't need to eat again until 9pm.

What time did you have it then Terr, 6pm?! Sounds very nice what you had, and a good full English takes some beating.

Shredded wheat. cover them halfway up with milk, sprinkle with sugar, and then let them rest for 10 minutes before devouring.

The breakfast buffet at the Jury's Inn yesterday.

Kicked off with a croissant and jam as I wanted a sugar hit, then orange juice, tea, 2 sausages, 1 bacon, scrambled egg, baked beans, grilled tomato, 2 hash browns and two slices of toast.  Shame no mushrooms.  A mere snack for Zoony, but filled me up.  Then I had KFC for tea last night, couldn't be arsed cooking.

Feels like I out about 5lb on over the weekend what with the boozing and eating.  Gotta live once in a while though eh?
