First off, had one with poached egg and cheese - yummy:) Eat the white of the egg, let the warm yolk mix with the cheese, roll it up and enjoy!

Rest were with orange juice and sugar

We had some a couple of hours after tea, but Wendy had forgot to bring some lemon juice, so they were'nt as nice as they could have been.

Yuck. I hate British pancakes. They are so thin and pasty.

Proper pancakes are more like Scottish griddle cakes. Mmmmm with lashings of melted butter and maple syrup - now THAT'S a pancake! None of this poncy lemon juice and sugar crap!

The lemon juice makes them a health food....

Just flipped two absolute beauties earlier on and filled them with Chocolate spread (Nutella) banana and coconut.

Served piping hot with a large dollop of vanilla ice cream on top so it melts over the pancakes!

Simply orgasmic :D

I prefer the European crepes like pancakes over the North American 'spunges'.
We hardly eat any pancakes at home, but if we do, it will be with bacon and syrup.

One of the nicest I ever ate was in a pancake restaurant with game stew on it.

yep there is something instinctively wrong about savoury pancakes - once had chciken in white sauce with mushrooms in a pancake - it looked like dog sick.
