Not quite so easy to export without trade deals. Sure, the weak pound is good for exports now, just wait.
Yes, I agree we do have to wait - no point in guessing

If you've spent your working life in the export industry you will be aware that voting to leave the EU has done your industry a power of good:

For the kids!
Whilst the UK is virile and a well renowned place for Blessed Semen, Europe has always been barren...

Post leave the pound has tanked,
Really? It went down compared to what it was, but is still well within the historical ballpark.

jobs have moved away
Yet we still have more people in work than ever before.

I really can’t believe we are doing this, it’s utter stupidity.
As is Ever Closer Union. The ICSC which got to together to prevent international Franco-Prussian wars, will with its ever closer union hasten a multitude of Intranational wars. Mark my words young man.

If it was just a nice trade club, all well and good, it's all the other baggage which comes with it, that slowly gets ratcheted decade by decade that's the problem

We are talking Brexit here and the concensus is that the outcome will be ruinous for many. Post leave the pound has tanked, jobs have moved away and investment in the U.K. is down. Actual Brexit itself is another thing altogether, I’m sure some of the nightmare scenarios may have been overplayed but it’s not going to be pretty. I have spent my working life in the export industry and believe me Brexit is perhaps one of the stupidest things a country could do to itself, I really can’t believe we are doing this, it’s utter stupidity.

I don't waste my time measuring the output of experts. I'm old enough to know that when it comes to economic forecasting, they're usually wide of the mark (as they were about post Leave vote consequences)

I'm 3 episodes into Final Space on Netflix.

One more episode to go. This Netflix original is great fun, bizarre in parts, and quite original. It is a grower with some really engaging characters and although the last couple of episodes have got a bit strange to say the least (in strangeness, it doesn't begin to challenge Rick and Morty, but it does get quite trippy!), I'll be sad to see the end of it and will hope that the characters return - although it will be a different dynamic if there is a second series.

I keep noting that there is quite an array of well known talent appearing here and there. David Tennant is a regular as "Lord Commander", and also I spotted Ron Perlman as Gary's father. I saw some others, but they slip my mind at the moment.
