RIP Chester Bennington
« on: July 21, 2017, 00:22:48 AM »
Another singer from the rock community lost to us by suicide. I know not many here will likely give a stuff about his music, but for me he and Linkin Park changed my outlook on music and introduced me to the world of metal. One of the genre's truly unique and talented vocalists.
Over thinking, over analyzing separates the body from the mind. Withering my intuition, missing opportunities and I must feed my will to feel my moment drawing way outside the lines.

Yes -another rock star death by suicide - have to say I knew nothing about him, and was not a LP fan but a sad loss nonetheless.

Tragic.  Like Keith, not a fan, but feck - what someones mental state must be like for them to go through with someone like this.   Feel for his kids, family, bandmates and fans.
Anger is a gift.

Sad to hear, though I too had never heard of him and if I've ever heard a Linkin Park tune, I wasn't aware of it.

Never rated Linkin Park at all but, fair play, they achieved huge success and a massive following; this news is sad and tragic indeed.
